I went to Yakiniku restaurant for dinner. To enjoy beef and consider the calories, I had simple meal for breakfast and lunch. As I still feel bad after dinner, I walked home and it took me about 45 minutes. Did it help to burn a piece of meat I ate?
Breakfast : tomato soup I made yesterday

Lunch : tofu on the rice

Dinner at Genpukan : kimch, namru

: yukke

: shio-tan with negi (slice of tangue with green onion)

: beef

: beef on the grill ... this is yakiniku.

: kuppa (rice soup)
