Christmas eve in Japan

Christmas day is one of my favorites. Usually J makes good dinner on Christmas day, but I left him in Brazil. I decided to have nice steak. Look at this piece of beef. Beautiful! Here's what I had on Christmas eve.


Breakfast : yogurt, natto (what a combination!)
Lunch : kamo-nanba at obana-an
Dinner : steak, salad, pumpin, sausage

The steak was REALLY good. I often ate beef in Brazil, but it is very different. Someone told me that Japanese taste the flavor of the fat and Brazilian taste the flavor of the blood when they eat beef. I understand. I love Japanse steak!
