I can't stand my big tummy. I decided to try non-carbs diet. I won't have rice, bread and pasta. How long I wil be survive without rice? I'll see.

Breakfast : yogurt with banana

Dinner : deep fried sardine and pumpkin with sweet sauce, brocollie, moyashi, daikon miso-soup, rice for J
