J made dinner tonight. As he said, he had been hungry for American food since yesterday. I made salad and J made fish batter. He did a good job. He seemed happy after dinner, but I heard he was whispering; "we have to eat healthy food this week..." Ok, I willl try. BTW, fish batter has tons of oil and flour = carbs.....
Breakfast : banana, a glass of soy milk
Lunch : fish, vegetable stir-fry, bread for J
Dinner : batter fish, salad
