8:00am Breakfast : a fried egg, soy bean & onion stew, bread, 2 cups of coffee
1:00pm Lunch : phantom mustard fish, kale, rice
5:30pm Dinner : chicken sandwich, a glass of red wine

I made a phantom mustard food again! I made it twice in 2 weeks. Then it is not "phantom" anymore.
