7:00am Breakfast : salad, a glass of soy milk, 2 cups of coffee
12:00pm Lunch : Salmon and shiso fried rice, salad(letuce, tomato, carrot & walnuts), vegetable soup
6:30pm Dinner : fish fritter, onion & kale fritter, carrot stick, cheese & cracker, a glass of red wine, 2 cans of beer



Finally, I used shiso up. It took almost 1 week. I like it, but shiso is a kind of herb and we don't need to have it every day. I pickled some to preserve it. I made fried rice for lunch and thanks to shiso, I used less salt.
I bought a lot of kale leaves at a market. I made onion and kale fritter. It was good.
