6:30am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, tangerine, a cup of coffee
9:00am a piece of banana cake which my co-worker baked! Good job!
12:00pm Lunch : Bento Box ; sardine tomato sauce, rice
7:45pm Dinner : egg & miso-soup, tomato
