6:05am Breakfast : Misoshiru-gohan, a glass of soy milk, 2 cups of coffee
9:00am fresh orange juice
12:00pm Lunch : Bento Box ; Cooked fish, boiled green beans with sesami and soy sauce, pumpkin (from miso-soup!), red cabbage, rice
8:20pm Dinner : Miso-soup, a little piece of cooked fish, red cabbage, green beans, salad(leftover from last night!), a glass of soy milk
