?am Breakfast : ramen, 2 cups of coffee, a glass of soy milk
12:00pm Lunch : cheese croissant, chicken sandwich, caju juice at casa blanca
5:00pm-6:00pm a glass of white wine, a glass of red wine while I cook
6:30pm Dinner : vegetable and chicken fritters, tomato & onion salad, nappa letuce & tuna salad, beer
8:00pm-9:30pm 3 cans of beer



I got cauliflower yesterday. I was hungry for fried cauliflower. I missed breaded fried cauliflower my mom made. To be honest, it's not only cauliflower. I am missing all my mom's cooking.
Anyway, I decided to cook cauliflower but I didn't have panco (chunk of bread). So I made fritter. It was good with lime juice and salt. Simple and good for beer!
