5:50am Breakfast : Miso-soup & egg, a glass of soy milk, 2 cups of coffee
9:00am crackers
12:00pm Lunch : Bento Box ; pasta with vegetable tomato sauce
3:00pm crackers
8:10pm Dinner : tomato soup, salad(letuce, tomato, walnuts with balsamic & olive oil)


Bento Box


I cooked a piece of fish and some vegetables with tomato sauce for J's dinner. I used only one piece of fish. After J finished dinner, I added some water into the tomato sauce. That became my dinner. There is still some left. That means it will be my breakfast!
