J has gone to a business trip. It is time for me to go on a diet. My plan is fruit & yogurt for breakfast, a heavy meal for lunch and a light meal for dinner. I had some leftovers today, so it's not an ideal menu. I will start tomorrow. I got an e-mail from J and he will be fed a lot during the trip. We will see when we see each other this weekend!
Breakfast : some pieces of sushi roll
Lunch : pastel de camarao com queijo (shirmp & cheese pastel) at feira, sushi roll
Dinner : veggie miso-soup - it has one small onion, carrot and 5 pieces of okra.
