This is my ideal menu in a day. It went good, but after dinner I had beer and wine. Ooops, did it ruin my ideal plan?

Breakfast : yogurt with banana, apple, granola

Lunch : steak with shredded cabbage, okra rice


Dinner : salad (steamed cabbage & carrot, cucumber, tomato and almond nuts)
