5:40am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, toast with J's tomato vegetable sauce, 2 cups of coffee
12:15pm Lunch : rice with J's tomato vegetable sauce
8:15pm Dinner : pasta with J's tomato vegetable sauce
9:15pm-10:15pm a glass of red wine, beer

Same sauce, same plate. I just forgot to take a picture of lunch. I had the same sauce for lunch, of course. I had different kind of carb for each meal. J made extra pasta tonight. That means I will have them for tomorrow dinner!
