9:00am Breakfast : Niku-man(steamed chinese dumpling?), Hakusai soup(chinese cabbage soup), a glass of soy milk, a cup of coffee
11:30am Lunch : Ramen
5:00pm a glass of red wine
6:00pm Dinner : Dashimaki(Janapese omlet), Sakana no Nimono(cooked fish), Kyuri no Karashi ae(cucumber with mustard soy sauce), Misoshiru(miso-soup), Takikomi Gohan(rice mixed with vegetables)
7:00pm-9:00pm beer x 2, a glass of red wine, vodka shot
Lunch : Hung in there, my camera!
