8:30am Breakfast : a glass of smoothie, banana cake, 2 cups of coffee
12:00pm lasagna(leftovers)....It's not lunch. I was just hungry.
1:00pm Lunch : 1/2 Risoto Caramao & Cia, Agua com gas at Canarao e Cia, Morumbi shopping
5:00pm-7:00pm beer 350 ml x 2
7:00pm Dinner : Chicken and vegetable stir-fry, rice, Wakame soup
8:00pm-11:00pm beer 350 ml x 2, 2 glasses red wine
