12:00pm Lunch : Lunch Box(grilled chicken, green beans, rice)
8:00pm Dinner : Cooked Fish, Ingen no Goma ae(boiled green beans with sesami seeds), Onigiri(rice ball), beer 350 ml x 1
9:00pm-10:00pm a glass of red wine, beer

I was almost about to forget to take a picture of dinner. Just after I finished my Onigiri, I remembered it.
