8:45am Breakfast : a glass of smoothie, 3 cups of coffee(drank too much?)
12:00pm Lunch : Beans Tomato Stew and Rice
3:00pm crackers
6:00pm Dinner : Chicken and Beans Curry
6:15pm-9:00pm beer, 3 glasses of red wine

Lunch : carioca beans, onion, celery, eggplant, zucchini


I was too lazy to cook dinner. But I didn't want the same food from lunch. So I added grilled chicken and curry powder in the leftover. I am proud of my laziness. It was good.
