5:40am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, cereal with yogurt, a cup of coffee
12:30pm Lunch : Kaisen Yaki Udon(leftovers)
9:00pm Dinner : Chicken Bean's Soup
10:00pm a glass of red wine
Anytime water 24 oz


J made Chicken Bean soup. It was good. The soup had 2 kinds of beans; carioka and black beans. He made it a lot. It was supposed to be for a week, but it won't last that long. We will finish tomorrow. Thanks, J!
