5:40am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of fruit juice(orange, banana, wheat germ), Onigiri(rice ball), a cup of coffee
9:00am a piece of cake, a cup of coffee
12:00pm Lunch : Meat souce and rice
8:00pm Dinner : Spicy miso soup, Onigiri
8:30pm-10:00pm a glass of white wine, beer


I had pasta with the meat sauce for yesterday lunch, so I tried rice today. It was ok, but it is definitely better with pasta. Is it obvious?
