12:00pm Lunch : bread, scramled egg, a cup of coffee
5:00pm rice cracker, a glass of red wine
6:00pm Dinner : Spicy soup Korean style, beer 350 ml x 1
7:30pm beer 350 ml x 2, whisky shot x 1
Anytime water 24 oz
