6:30am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie, hummus, mango, a cup of coffee
11:00am Lunch : salad, vegetable soup, lasagne
2:30pm pineapple, brownie
6:30pm Dinner : grilled omlet, hummus, pita bread, mango
8:00pm chips 45 g
Anytime water 40 oz


I am stuffed. I didn't eat much for dinner. I know the problem is what I had between lunch and dinner and after dinner. I am so proud of myself. I didn't drink beer when I had chips. It is still Wednesday. I can't wait untill the weekend comes! By the way, the grilled omlet for dinner was good. It is from my mom's recipe. Her's is more tasty. I miss her cooking.
