11:00am Lunch : gnocchi, beef, salad, pudding, a glass of water
12:00pm cracker
6:40pm Dinner : Curry(black beans, carrot, onion, pumpkin) and rice, a glass of water, a cup of coffee
9:50pm a glass of milk
Anytime water 24 oz
