6:40am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, one boiled egg, one small banana, a cup of coffee
8:00am a cup of camomile tea
11:00am Lunch : salad, some pieaces of beef, mashed potatoes, a glass of water, water melon
4:30pm a glass of cafe au leit
6:20pm Dinner : rice, onion, zucchini, kabocha miso-shiru(pumpkin miso-soup)
9:00pm-11:00pm beer 350 ml x 2, rum shot x 1, 2 glasses of red wine, rice cracker, chocolate
Anytime water 40 oz
