6:45am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(orange, banana, mango, wheat germ, yogurt), one boiled egg, a cup of coffee
12:30pm Lunch : Chirashizushi(leftover), a glass of water
5:30pm a cup of coffee
6:20pm Dinner : grilled fish with tomato sauce, grilled zucchini, cooked pumpkin, carrot and cucumber sticks with salt and olive oil, a glass of red wine
7:30pm - 10:00om a glass(about 8 oz) of beer x 2, caipiroska com maracuja x 1, at bar
10:00pm - 11:30 pm a glass of red wine, beer 350 ml x 1, rice cracker
Anytime water 30 oz
Dinner
I have felt sick, but it's Friday. Why not? I am enjoying to drink!
