12:30pm Lunch : at Estacion Sur
2:00pm agua com gas(water with gas) at Nami Choux
6:30pm 3 pieces of rusk, a cup of coffee

8:00pm Dinner : kabocha no nimono(cooked pumpkin), kyuri karashi shoyu ae(cucumber marinated with soy sauce and mustard), tamanegi no miso-shiru(onion miso-soup), rice
9:30pm a glass of milk
Anytime water 24 oz
