8:30am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(orange, banana, pineapple, papaya, apple, wheat germ, yogurt), one fried egg
1:00pm Lunch : Hamburger with french fries, ice cream, agua com gas(water with gas) 510 ml
2:30pm a glass of cafe au leit
7:00pm Dinner : Hummus, tomato & onion salad, roasted grean beans, pita bread, carrot sticks, cheese and crackers, a glass of water
8:30pm popcorn
9:00pm a glass of milk
Anytime water 24 oz

J made hummus again. Thanks to the hummus, I didn't need to work hard on cooking dinner. Simple, healthy and yummy!
