7:30am Breakfast : a glass of milk, a glass of smoothie(banana, yogurt, wheat germ, soy milk), one cup of coffee
11:30am Lunch : Korean style soup(chinese cabbage, carrot, onion, pumpkin, ginger, garlic, red hot chilli pepper, sesami seeds, miso paste)
4:15pm pao de queijo, coke
6:00pm a glass of red wine
7:00pm Dinner : pao de queijo, beef jerky and vegetable stir fry with rice, shrimp with couscous, Caipiroska com maracucja at Bananeira
8:30pm-10:30pm 2 glasses of red wine, beer 350 ml x 1, chips

I had a small breakfast. Actually I had already had an early breakfast, ramen, at 11pm last night...... I think I ate good today. About drinking? Hey, it is Saturday night. I will be careful after tomorrow. I think.....
