6:30am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of orange juice, one boiled egg with curry, 2 cups of coffee
1:00pm Lunch : curry and bread, a glass of water
5:00pm a glass of cafe au leit, 2 pieces of rusk
6:40pm Dinner : kiriboshi daikon namul(dried daikon radish namul), carrot & boild egg salad, fried rice(green onion, red hot chilli pepper, sesami), dried Shitaki mashroom and seaweeds soup
7:45pm-9:30pm a glass of red wine, rum shot x 1
Anytime water 32 oz
