7:45am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a piece of pizza(leftovers), 2 cups of coffee, a glass of smoothie(orange, banana, mango, yogurt, milk)
12:20pm Lunch : a half package of ramen, chirashizushi(I still have the leftovers
4:00pm caipirinha com limao, 2 glasses of red wine, a bag of chips(50 g)
6:00pm Dinner : pumpkin gratin, a piece of bread, a glass of water
Anytime water 48 oz
