12:30pm Lunch : Tamago donburi(cooked egg on rice in the bowl), a glass of water
3:00pm a cup of coffee
7:00pm Dinner : Stuffed zucchini, a piece of chicken, Pumpkin soup, a glass of water
10:00pm a glass of wine
Anytime water 40 oz
