8:30am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, scrambled egg, 2 cups of coffee
10:00am a glass of smoothie(orange, mango, papaya, yogurt, wheat germ)
12:15pm Lunch : ramen
3:20pm beer 350 ml x 1
6:00pm a glass of red wine
7:30pm Dinner : chicken salad(lettuce, grape tomato, crashed nuts), a glass of red wine
8:30pm-11:30pm 2 glasses of red wine, beer 350 ml x 2, wisky shot x 2, popcorn, cheese

DinnerIt was a relaxing day. After lunch, I enjoyed reading with some drinks. Isn't it great to have a drink during the daytime? I like it. I didn't have J for dinner and my dinner was simple.
