Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of orange juice, one boiled egg, 2 cups of coffee
Lunch : sandwich (tomato, cucumber, scramble egg, mayonnaise), a glass of milk
Dinner : Black beans soup, Salad (tomato, cucumber, broccoli)
Alcohol : gin & lime x 2, beer 350ml x 2
other : a glass of soy milk, water

Black beans soup was spicy and good. J made it. Good job, dude!

Dressing for salad : salt, pepper, balsamic vineger, olive oil
