Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(orange, mango, wheat germ, yogurt, soy milk), a little piece of chicken, one plum, a cup of coffee, a cup of cafe au leit

Lunch : Hummas, carrots stick, some slices of tomato, a piece of grilled chicken, steamed fish, a glass of milk

Dinner : 2 pieces of bread with onion and tomato, marinated mushrooms, 3 pieces of pizza, one piece of cake

Alcohol : 3 glasses of white wine, beer 350 x 1

Other : water 24 oz, nuts
