Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, scrambled egg, one plum, 2 cups of coffee

Lunch : Chirashizushi(rice mixed with vineger and some vegitables), water with gas

Dinner : Hamburger, carrot sticks with mayonnaise

Alcohol : a glass of white wine, a glass of red wine

Other : a glass of smoothie(orange, mango, plum, wheat germ, yogurt), water 24 oz

DinnerH made Hamburger. That means he was really hungry for hamburger. Didn't he have hamburger last week, too? Ok, whatever. I always like H's hambarger. To have less carbs, I sliced bun in 3 and got rid of middle part. Isn't it a good idea? I know it doesn't make a big difference, but it just eases my mind.
