Lunch : Chirashizushi(rice mixed with vineger and some vegitables), water with gas
Dinner : Hamburger, carrot sticks with mayonnaise
Alcohol : a glass of white wine, a glass of red wine
Other : a glass of smoothie(orange, mango, plum, wheat germ, yogurt), water 24 oz

H made Hamburger. That means he was really hungry for hamburger. Didn't he have hamburger last week, too? Ok, whatever. I always like H's hambarger. To have less carbs, I sliced bun in 3 and got rid of middle part. Isn't it a good idea? I know it doesn't make a big difference, but it just eases my mind.
