Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(orange, mango, banana, wheat germ, yogurt), one plum, a small piece of grilled chicken, 2 cups of coffee

Lunch : a piece of bread, tomato & onion, hummas, a glass of wat

Dinner : grilled anchovi and pumpkin, moyashi curry(sprout curry), carrot stick with tofu dip, bread, a glass of water

Alcohol : 3 glasses of red wine, Martini x 1, whisky shot x 1, beer 350 ml x 1

Other : Water 38 oz, popcorn, rice crackers and peanuts, a slice of bread with cream cheese


I was not going to drink that much. H made popcorn after dinner ....... it woke me up! I love drinking! A slice of bread with cream cheese.........I ate it after popcorn and alcohol. oops.
