Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(orange, banana, wheat germ, yogurt, soy milk), Tofu hamburg(leftovers of last night), a cup of coffee

Lunch : Tofu hamburg(leftovers of last night), a piece of bread with cream cheese, one plum, a glass of water

Dinner : Spicy soup Korean flavor(Chinese cabbage, onion, pumpkin, okura, fish)

Alcohol : 2 glasses of white wine, Beer 350 ml x 1, whisky shot x 1

Other : water 24 oz, popcorn
