Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(orange, mango, wheat germs, yogurt, soy milk), Spicy tofu and onion(leftovers of last night), one plum, 2 cups of coffee

Lunch : Fried rice, a glass of milk
Dinner : Iri tofu(scrambled tofu), Moyashi no ohitashi(boiled spraut), Tofu to Wakame no Miso shiru(tofu and seeweed miso soup ), White rice

Alcohol : 2 glasses of red wine, Martini x 1

Other : Water 24 oz, Cashew nuts



The picture of dinner is H's. I didn't have salmon and had less rice than H. The fried rice for lunch might look darker in color than usual. I added more soy sauce. To tell the truth, the lid of the soy sauce bottle fell out. I had thought I ruined lunch, but it was ok.
