Lunch : Chicken sandwich (chicken brest, tomato, cucumber, mayonnaise), Vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, mayonnaise), a glass of milk
Dinner : Vegetable sticks (cattot, celery, cucumber, daikon radish with peanuts sauce), cheese and cracker, grilled pumpkin and green beans, shrimp&onion omlet pancake(?)
Alcohol : 3 glasses of white wine, Matini x 1, Whisky shot x 2, Beer 350ml x 1
Other : water 35oz, a glass of soy milk
