Don't throw celery leaves away!

Celery rice

Do you throw celery leaves away? Why don't you try celery rice? It doesn't taste celery much, but you can still enjoy the aroma.

Ingredients : Serves 2

160 cc rice
1/2 cup (4 oz) finely chopped celery leaves
1 cup (8 oz) diced chopped chicken legs
200 cc water
a little salt and pepper
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 tbs crushed nuts
2 slice lime, as desired
Preparation :
1. Wash rice and drain well
2. Put all ingredients except nuts and lime in the pot
3. Mix slightly
4. Put it on the stove
5. When it comes boiling, put the lid and cook on the law heat for 12 minutes
6. Off the stove and steam for 10 minutes. DON'T open the lid.
7. Mix crashed nuts and serve with lime
