Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(mango, banana, orange, wheat germ, yogurt), Cabbage and tofy in layers(leftovers of dinner), 2 cups of coffee

Lunch : Celery rice, a glass of water, one plum

Dinner : at Yakitori Mizusaka

Alcohol : a glass of caipirinha, a glass of beer, shochu on the rock x 2, Beer 350ml x 2, a glass of white wine

Other : water 28 oz, friench fries
