Breakfasat : a glass of soy milk, a glass of smoothie(orange, kiwi, banana, papaya, wheat germ, yogurt), Roasted chick peas, 2 cups of coffee

Lunch : Pita sandwich(carrot, tuna, cream cheese), one plum, a glass of water

Dinner : Hummus & Pita bread, Stuffed zucchini, Cheese(smoked cheese, blue cheese, provolone and olives)

Alcohol : Beer 350 ml x 2, 3 glasses of red wine

Other : a piece of almond chocolate, water 24 oz, Roasted chick peas
