7:00am Breakfast : a glass of soy milk, a glass of orange juice, one boiled egg, cereal with banana, 2 cups of coffee
12:00pm Lunch : Falafel sandwich, a glass of tea
3:00pm cookies, chocolate, a cup of coffee
6:30pm a glass of red wine
7:00pm Dinner : at Outback steakhouse
8:30pm - 10:30pm Beer 350 ml x 1, Martini x 2, a glass of red wine, rice cracker, a bag of chips(45 g)
Anytime water 10 oz


I changed the publishing style. I thought it means a lot about diet to keep not only what I eat but also what time I eat.
I had lunch at my friend's place. She made falafel. It was really good. I had a same recipe but I never tried to make it. She did good job. When I am hungry for falafel, I will call her. Thanks, Ms. F!
